Water Works Car Wash- Annapolis

Automatic car wash did a great job! Opted for Signature level or something like that for $18. Paid $2.50 to use the vacuum and ran out of time before I finished! Ruined the experience!

The best automatic car wash and Fred is my favorite employee! The addition of the second automatic bay is great. I pulled right in on a Monday at 430 with no wait! No more waiting in line. The dryer countdown is a great addition- now I can time it accordingly. Worth every penny of the monthly membership and it includes free vacuum as well!

No wait on a Saturday afternoon. Fred was courteous, scrubbed off dirty wheels. Car looks great after a day at the track.

No one in line in the summer at 12 PM on 7/11. Love it. Been coming here for years for external car washingand think it’s better than the Exxon car wash on Defense Highway.

First off this car wash is great, but I’ve been finding recently more times than not I can’t use my membership because the line is literally 10+ cars long at all times other than like midnight. I will give credit where due they are building another lane, but from what I’ve been told that one will open and the current one will close to be renovated (ie same problem new wash lane, at least temporarily). While 30$ a month is reasonable and the touchless is ideal it’s almost like they’re overselling the membership so hard you can’t get a wash unless you’re willing to wait 30-55+ mins. Sometimes the line is long enough you can’t even get in the parking lot. By no means do I want to trash their service, but I do think having a way to know how bad the line is prior to heading there would be nice maybe in the app. Aside from this wait issue this would be a 5 star.
